GB2K and MTV Your Pain Matters | Mental Health Action Day Release

Grant of Rights:

I, the undersigned actor ("Actor"), hereby grant to IRM Films and GB2K the irrevocable right and permission to record, use, reproduce, and distribute my performance, voice, and likeness in connection with the production titled GB2K Goes Horseback Riding | Your Pain Matters Summit IRM Films | GB2K Productions. This includes, but is not limited to, use in the film, promotional materials, advertising, and any other media formats now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity and throughout the universe.

Compensation:
"This is a voluntary participation, and no monetary compensation is provided.

Waiver of Rights:
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any promotional materials in which my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my performance.

Confidentiality:
I agree to keep all information related to the Production confidential until such information is publicly released by the Producer.

Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of TX.

Acknowledgment:
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Actor Release Form and agree to its terms.
